Placing to place almost near exclusive emphasis on sport utility vehicles, crossovers and trucks in upcoming years, Ford's 2018 product line shows dedication to this future direction. Entering the subcompact crossover marketplace with an all-new model for the North American marketplace, the 2018 Ford EcoSport shows off an athletic character powered by a standard 1.0-liter EcoBoost three-cylinder engine. A more powerful 160-horsepower 2.0-liter EcoBoost powerplant, all-wheel drive, power moonroof a B&O Play Premium Audio System by HARMAN is available with the new EcoSport. Ford's most popular vehicle, the F-150 half-ton pickup truck, receives an extensive set of upgrades including a new front end appearance and retouched interior. An all-new Ford Expedition also receives the full benefits of the F-150's aluminum construction as well as the performance of a 3.5-liter EcoBoost V-6 combined with a 10-speed automatic transmission. Aside from the Fiesta gaining standard rearview camera on all models, the only Ford car to receive a massive update for 2018 is the Mustang. Receiving an updated exterior look crafted for improved aerodynamic efficiency, the 2018 Ford Mustang line features a more potent 5.0-liter V-8 engine, an automatic transmission with 10 speeds, available 12-inch all-digital instrument panel and a MagneRide suspension through an optional Performance Pack. A V-6 engine option is no longer available with the Ford Mustang.
