The Jaguar brand roars into 2016 with vast changes. While intense attention is positioned towards the 2017 model year, 2016 Jaguar's line-up features considerable improvements across their returning range of vehicles. The 2016 XJ luxury flagship sedan line-up receives a styling and equipment update featuring a revised, sportier front fascia accompanied by full adaptive LED headlights as well as ‘single J' tail lights. Jaguar also touts a greater differentiation in exterior along with interior styling is exercised between the standard and long wheelbase model of the XJ sedan. Jaguar's InControl Touch Pro infotainment system with 8-inch touchscreen is standard on all XJ models. Receiving a complete re-engineering for 2016, the Jaguar XF is significantly lighter than the previous variant thanks in part to the wide use of aluminum in the vehicle's construction. Technology such as InControl Touch Pro, Autonomous Emergency Braking and Semi-Automated Parking are innovations attached to the new 2016 Jaguar XF. For 2016, the Jaguar F-type equipped with the supercharged 3.0-liter V-6 engine is now available with a six-speed manual transmission. All-wheel drive is now standard on the 2016 Jaguar F-type R Coupe and Convertible as well as optional on F-type S models. Hitting showrooms in the United States for spring 2016 as a 2017 model is Jaguar's first-ever crossover vehicle, the F-Pace. The all-wheel drive 2017 Jaguar F-Pace will debut with the choice of a 3.0-liter supercharged six-cylinder gasoline engines or a 2.0-liter turbocharged diesel. The 2017 Jaguar XE, a new entry-level sedan for the British luxury marque, is also scheduled for an early 2016 release in the United States with an engine line-up consisting of two gasoline powerplants and a diesel power unit.
