The 2016 model year promises to several make-overs to the bowtie brand. Five all-new cars and a significantly updated crossover are part of Chevrolet's 2016 product line. Leading the new car charge into 2016 is the sixth-generation Chevrolet Camaro. A lighter, more refined version of the two-door performance car, the 2016 Camaro coupe and convertible will feature the choice of three engines including a new turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder powerplant. A 6.2-liter LT1 V-8 engine will propel the new Chevrolet Camaro SS with 455 horsepower. Considered to be Chevrolet's most technologically-advanced vehicle, the plug-in hybrid Volt enters a new eco-friendly chapter. Able to travel up to 53 miles on electric power, the redesigned 2016 Volt efficiency is aided with all-new five-passenger seating.

Attracting different levels of the economy-oriented market, Chevrolet offers a brand-new Spark and Cruze for 2016. Featuring a lower stance than its 2015 predecessor, the 2016 Chevrolet Spark boasts upgraded materials and a greater interior space. A more powerful, higher efficiency engine is also part of the 2016 improvements to the Spark. Mastering the role of a sophisticated compact car, redesigned Chevrolet Cruze is marketed as a leaner, more aerodynamic sedan with a roomier interior space. The new Cruze will be powered by a standard turbocharged 1.4-liter engine. A completely-redesigned mid-sized Chevrolet Malibu sports a heightened level of family driving comfort and safety for the new year. The 2016 Malibu will also include a new Hybrid version of the sedan said to obtain up to 48 miles per gallon fuel economy in the city. The 2016 Chevrolet Equinox will feature new front and rear styling considered the crossover's first major restyling since 2010. The debut of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto in all-new products such as the Cruze, Spark and Malibu as well as inside the Chevrolet Silverado truck line increases the connectivity potential inside the vehicles for 2016.
