Toyota offers three sedans in the 2015 lineup: The compact Corolla, the mid-size Camry, and the larger Avalon. There are hybrid versions of the Camry and Avalon available. The Camry and Corolla are among the best-known nameplates in the industry. The Corolla offers four-cylinder power, and depending on trim it can come with a manual transmission, an automatic transmission, or a continuously-variable automatic transmission (CVT). The Camry offers four-cylinder or V-6 power, while the Avalon offers a V-6. The Avalon is meant to not just be a large sedan, but also to compete with entry-level luxury vehicles, while the Camry competes against other well-known mid-size nameplates such as the Ford Fusion, Honda Accord, Chrysler 200, and Hyundai Sonata.
