Special features for 2015

The Jaguar XJ has always been a premium symbol of ultimate automotive luxury. Prices start at under $75,000, but that buys a smooth, powerful drivetrain as well as a specific kind of comfort and elegant, understated style. All of which is emblematic of the XJ in a way not found in a BMW, Audi or Cadillac.

The five-passenger Jaguar XJ is a full-sized and roomy luxury sedan that comes in two wheelbases: XJ and XJL. It also comes in several different trim levels, too, which include: XJ, Supercharged and XJR. The base model comes with decedent, standard features that include: 19” alloy wheels, suspension that self-levels and adapts to the road, parking sensors (front and rear), auto-dim mirrors, powered and auto-opening trunk, sunroof (panoramic and powered), xenon headlights and remote start/entry. The powered front seats are also heated, and the soft closing doors nearly seal out all exterior noise. Two-zone automatic climate control assures a perfect interior temperature, while the 8” touchscreen offers multimedia, smartphone and Bluetooth integration, voice command and USB/iPod inputs with master control over the premium 14-speaker Meridian surround sound system. Added options will get you things like rear climate control, ventilated seats, a longer wheelbase, 20-speaker sound system and sports-tuning, just to name a few. The XJ is a road warrior, powered by a supercharged 3.0-liter V6 engine that delivers a robust 340 horsepower and 332 pound-feet of torque. You can upgrade the engine to a 5.0-liter V8 that makes 470 hp and 424 lb-ft of torque for more get-up-and-go.
