New 2015 BMW 7 Series Prices

Featuring an expanded line-up for 2015, the BMW 7 Series is the top of the line luxury sedan for the German automaker. For 2015, the BMW 7 Series is continuing to strive for new luxury and technology heights. New to the BMW 7 Series United States line-up for 2015 is a version powered by a 3.0-liter diesel engine using variable-geometry turbocharger technology. Offered only as a long-wheelbase, all-wheel drive model, the 2015 BMW 7 Series 740Ld xDrive provides a considerable driving range per gallon of fuel as well as 413 foot-pounds of low-end engine torque. In addition to the diesel engine version, the 2015 BMW 7 Series will continue to offer three conventional gasoline powerplants as well as a hybrid model. Conventional 2015 BMW 7 Series are propelled by a 315-horsepower 3.0-liter TwinPower Turbo inline-six engine, 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V-8, or a 536-horsepower 6-liter turbocharged V-12 powerplant. A gasoline/electric hybrid model of the BMW ActiveHybrid 7 provides up to 30 miles per gallon in highway fuel economy. Also offered in limited quantities is the Alpina B7 version of the BMW 7 Series featuring several performance upgrades, including a 540-horsepower eight-cylinder engine. An eight-speed automatic transmission is fitted to all powerplant variations of the 2015 BMW 7 Series. BMW’s xDrive all-wheel drive is standard or optional on the 2015 740i, 750i, 740Ld, and Alpina B7 sedan. All models of the 2015 BMW 7 Series are available as a 205.2-inch long wheelbase model. Standard equipment found on the 2015 BMW 7 Series includes iDrive system, Bluetooth connectivity, power front seats and leather upholstery.

For the 2015 7-Series lineup, BMW adds the 740Ld xDrive, a long-wheelbase model which features a 3.0L TwinPower turbo diesel straight-six delivering 255 horsepower and 413 pound-feet of torque. The all-wheel-drive car will hit 60 mph in just 6.1 seconds. The new model is priced at $82,500. Elsewhere, Bluetooth and USB audio connection are now standard on all models and select equipment such as a leather dash and full LED lighting has been made standard on certain models.
