The 2013 Scion xB is a five door compact hatchback powered by a 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine producing 158 hp and 162 lb-ft of torque. Available transmissions include a standard 5-speed manual or optional 4-speed automatic transmission. Utilizing a FWD drivetrain, the xB achieves fuel mileage within an EPA estimated range of 22 mpg city to 28 mpg highway. Standard features include air conditioning, remote keyless entry system, sport bucket front seats, 60/40 split fold-flat rear seats, cruise control, chrome-tipped exhaust, LED turn signal indicators, auxiliary input jack, USB port with iPod® connectivity, and a 6-speaker audio system. Safety is comprised of advanced airbags, vehicle stability control (VSC), traction control (TCS), anti-lock braking (ABS), electronic brake distribution (EBD), brake assist (BA), smart stop technology (SST) and tire pressure monitoring.
