Ram Truck welcomed in 2014 by adding a powerful 6.4-liter V8 engine to the Ram 3500, and updating the popular Tradesman trim level. The same engine option was also offered for the 2500, which got new coil-spring rear suspension and available gooseneck/fifth wheel trailer preparation and rear air suspension. Rounding out the changes, the 2014 Ram 1500 got an available V6 diesel engine, while its 4.7-liter V8 was eliminated.
