Offered in rear-wheel and four-wheel drive, the 2014 Nissan Xterra sport utility vehicle is given movement thanks to a 4-liter V-6 powerplant Generating a potent 261 horsepower and 281 pounds-feet of torque, the 2014 Nissan Xterra’s engine is paired with either a six-speed manual or five-speed automatic transmission. Combined fuel economy is estimated at 19 miles per gallon with the two-wheel drive model while the manual-equipped four-wheel drive model of the 2014 Xterra can travel an average of 18 miles per gallon. The base trim 2014 Nissan Xterra S delivers a six-speaker stereo system, power windows, three power outlets and cruise control as standard. Standard upgrades added through the progression to the 2014 Nissan Xterra X includes satellite radio, first aid kit and an Easy-Clean washable interior. Offered only with a four-wheel drivetrain 2014 Nissan Xterra, the P4X variant is equipped with standard RearView Monitor, NissanConnect with Navigation and a 300-watt, eight-speaker Rockford Fosgate audio system. The 2014 Nissan Xterra P4X also provides access to the optional PRO-4X package. The PRO-4X model adds Bilstein gas-filled shock absorbers, electronic locking rear differential and a fill array of skid plates to protect the underside against off-roading obstacles. Thanks to what is called a “multi-flex” interior design, the cabin of the 2014 Nissan Xterra can adapt easily to accept various shapes and sizes of cargo. For 2014, all models of the Nissan Xterra feature Bluetooth connectivity.
