Kia was busy during 2014. The popular Forte was completely redesigned with new technology features and more standard equipment. The carmaker added the Cadenza to their lineup, a midsized sedan with plenty of trim levels and options. Following a one-year break, the Sedona returned to the lineup slightly restyled. A new direct-injection 2.4-liter engine was added to the Sportage, which also got updated styling, new suspension and more options, like available xenon headlamps. The popular Soul model was completely redesigned, too, while the Sorento also got updated with a roomier cabin and new 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine. Last on the list was the Optima, which received a new collision mitigation system.
