The flagship sedan in the 2014 Infiniti line-up, the Q70 is offered with one of two engines. The base powerplant on the 2014 Infiniti Q70 sedan is a 3.7 liter V-6 engine generating 330 horsepower and 270 pounds feet of torque. Providing more robust engine power, a 420-horsepower 5.6 liter V-8 engine can be equipped on the 2014 Q70. Both engines are equipped are mated to a seven-speed automatic transmission and can be connected to a rear-wheel or all-wheel drive train. The 2014 Infiniti Q70 can be opted with a Sport package boasting a special suspension, 20-inch wheels and solid magnesium paddle shifters. An engine cooler will also be included with the Infiniti Q70 V-6 Sport package in 2014. For 2014 Infiniti have made one very important change to the M sedan--they changed its name. Gone are the M37 and the M56, replaced by identical cars called the Q70 3.7 and the Q70 5.6.
