All new for 2014, the BMW 4 Series is set to take the place of the 3 Series coupe and is available in a standard 428i or optional 435i trim levels. The base trim is equipped with a 2.0-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine (240 hp/255 lb-ft of torque) while the optional trim is powered by a 3.0-liter turbocharged I-6 engine (300 hp/300 lb-ft of torque). Both engines, mated to RWD, can be paired to a 6-speed manual or 8-speed automatic transmission, for an EPA estimated range of 22 mpg city to 35 mpg highway, depending on engine and transmission selection. Features include premium sound, leather seats, navigation, automatic cruise control, and iPhone/iPod integration. Safety is comprised of dynamic stability control (DSC), enhanced braking, anti-lock braking (ABS), advanced airbags, and xenon adaptive headlights.
