Unlike the Tesla roadster or smart electric, this electric car has room for five, and it's being built on a much more massive scale. With an MSRP of $28,800, it offers pure, practical full-electric vehicle driving more affordable than the nearest competitor, the Chevrolet Volt, which stickers at over $39,100.
