A full-size crossover with seating for seven, the 2013 Ford Flex is available with two different engines; a standard 3.5-liter V6 engine that produces 262 hp/248 lb-ft of torque and an optional 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged direct-injected V6 engine that yields 355 hp and 350 lb-ft of torque. FWD or optional AWD are both paired to 6-speed automatic transmissions. New modifications include a new front end design with FLEX lettering across the hood.
