See All Model YearsLearn MoreMitsubishi has unveiled a corporate objective for building smaller cars and electric vehicles moving forward beyond 2012. The 2012 Mitsubishi lineup's commitment to their future is best revealed with the new i-MiEV. A subcompact, an all-electric vehicle, the Mitsubishi i-MiEV offers a maximum range of 62 miles with the availability of quick charging. A casualty to the new direction for the automaker, the 2012 model year marks the last outing for the two-door compact performance car known as the Eclipse. Specially-outfitted Mitsubishi Eclipse SE has been prepared as a farewell commemoration to the sports car featuring a blacked-out grille and side mirrors as well as 18-inch wheels. The SE trim is available with coupe and Spyder models of the 2012 Eclipse. The larger Endeavor crossover has been withdrawn from the product line for 2012. Minor changes performed to the remaining Mitsubishi's crossover vehicles include a retuned drivetrain with the Outlander Sport while the Outlander gains an ECO indicator light.
