Standard engine power for the 2012 Cadillac SRX continues to come from a 3-liter V-6 powerplant generating 265 horsepower. An all-aluminum, direct-injected engine, this entry-level power on the 2012 SRX can be matched with either front or all-wheel drive. Replacing a 2.8 liter twin-turbocharged powerplant, the 2012 Cadillac SRX top output comes from a 3.6 liter direct-injected V-6 engine. Producing 300 horsepower and 260 pounds-feet of torque, the new 3.6 liter powerplant offers FlexFuel capability running on E85 blended fuels. For 2012, all models above the Cadillac SRX base trim add a heated steering wheel. All models of the 2012 Cadillac SRX crossover come with standard Bluetooth technology.
