The R350 is powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine that produces 268 hp while the R350 BlueTEC is powered by a 3.0-liter V6 diesel engine that produces 210 hp. Both trim levels come with a 7-speed automatic transmission and 4MATIC all-wheel drive. The R350 achieves an EPA estimated 15 mpg city and 19 mpg highway while the R350 BlueTEC improves with an EPA estimated 18 mpg city and 24 mpg highway.
