New 2011 Dodge Journey Cost of Ownership

Like most of Dodge's 2011 lineup, the 2011 Dodge Journey receives more daring exterior styling coupled with an all-new and improved interior. Available on five trim levels starting with the Express and ranging through the Mainstreet, Crew, R/T to eventually top out at the LUX, utility for the 2011 Journey is evident throughout the lineup. An in-floor storage bin, cargo tie-down loops and 12-volt auxiliary power outlets are found standard on every model. Regularly a five-passenger crossover on all but the Journey LUX, seating for up to 7 occupants is an option on the Express, Mainstreet and Crew levels. Besides the reshaped styling for 2011, the Dodge Journey gets the Pentastar V-6 power plant good for 283 horsepower through either front-wheel or all-wheel drive. For the entry level Express trim model of the 2011 Dodge Journey, the 2.4 liter inline four-cylinder engine returns as an amply-powered but more fuel efficient choice. The smaller four-cylinder power plant is good for an extra mile per gallon average over a front-wheel drive Pentastar V-6 Journey.
