All new, the 2010 BMW X6M is a luxury sports SUV based on the standard X6 but with a lot more power under the hood. A 4.4L V8 benefits from the aid of twin turbochargers to produces 555 hp and 501 lb-ft of torque. A six-speed automatic transmission with steering-wheel mounted paddle shifters is the only available transmission. The power is put to the ground via BMW's AWD system. The X6M is loaded with tons of bells and whistles including the most recent version of the iDrive system but most drivers will enjoy listening to the dual-exhaust note over the tone of the excellent sound system.
