A new exterior design defined with a more aggressive front grille and headlights, "taut canopy" greenhouse as well as a long hood line, the new crossover is available as the V-6 powered FX35 as well as the FX50 propelled by a 390-horsepower 5.0-liter V-8. The 2009 FX35 updated 3.5-liter V-6 engine that generates 303 horsepower has also been added to the M35 resulting in a gain for 28-horsepower gain. Since last year, all-wheel drive has been available with the M35 and M45. The new VQ37HR 3.7-liter V-6 engine creating the G37 Coupe in 2008 is now found on the sedan. Replacing the G35 sedan, the G37 Sedan also features a complete styling make-over and a seven-speed automatic transmission. The new INFINITI G37 line-up is now offered in a third body style for 2009 with the debut of a hardtop convertible model.
