This year's standard safety equipment includes anti-lock disc brakes with brake assist, stability and traction control, front-seat side airbags, full-length side curtain airbags, roof-mounted supplemental curtain bags with rollover detection and active front head restraints. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration gave the Rogue a 5-star rating for driver protection and rear side-impact collisions. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety gave the Rogue a "Good" ? its highest rating ? for both frontal-offset and side-impact crash tests.
