For 2009, the Lincoln Navigator, a full-size luxury SUV, gets the Sync multimedia system, a back-up camera and heated second-row seats, while the optional hard-drive navigation system becomes voice-activated. As Lincoln Navigator photos show, luxury features include18-inch alloy wheels, leather upholstery, power front seats with heating and cooling, heated second-row seats, a second-row center console with climate controls and power-folding third-row seats. Available in either two-wheel or four-wheel drive, the seven-passenger Navigator is powered by a 5.4L V8 engine that packs 310 hp and 365 lb-ft of torque mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. Properly equipped, the rear-wheel-drive Navigator can tow up to 9,000 pounds. EPA fuel economy estimates register 14 mpg city/20 mpg hwy and 17 mpg in combined driving. Standard safety features include stability control with a rollover sensor, antilock disc brakes with brake assist, front-seat side airbags and side-curtain airbags.
