The Civic DX, LX and EX trims are powered by a 1.8L 4-cylinder engine that produces 140 hp and 128 lb-ft of torque, with a 5-speed manual transmission or an optional 5-speed automatic. The Si, however, has a 197-hp 2.0L engine and exclusive 6-speed manual transmission with a performance-enhancing limited-slip front differential. Having a cruising range of only 200 miles, the GX's Phill device allows refueling from home.
