Special features for 2008

The 2008 Town Car continues as Lincoln's premier sedan. It is the archetypal American automobile, delivering a luxury interior, a smooth ride, plenty of interior comfort, rear-wheel drive, and V8 power. According to Lincoln, the Town Car is the first car in its class to receive a five-star safety rating in all five categories.
If it’s a full-size luxury Sedan you’re after – with a spacious interior and seating for up to six – the 2008 Lincoln Town Car fits the bill. A mainstay in the automaker’s line-up, the Town Car is offered in Signature Limited and Signature L trims (with the L featuring about six additional inches in length), with both sporting a 239 horsepower 4.6-liter gas-powered V6 mated to a 4-speed overdrive-enabled automatic transmission under the hood. Standard equipment is plentiful, including dual zone air, cruise, keyless entry, power controls, adjustable pedals, airbags and ABS brakes.
