Special features for 2007

The 2007 Kia Sportage is a relatively new design that has a lot of positive Kia traits, number one being the amount of standard safety and convenience equipment, including side curtain air bags. The V6 Sportage also costs just about the same as some of its four-cylinder competition. Topping it all off is Kia's 100,000-mile warranty, making the Sportage a very economical value overall.
A carry-over from 2006, the Sportage is a four-door five-passenger cross-over SUV offered in two trim levels – the LX and the EX. The LX features a 2.0-liter four-cylinder that produces 140 horsepower and five-speed manual transmission with an optional four-speed automatic, and the EX comes standard with a 2.7-liter V6 that produces 173 horsepower (also an option on the LX). The EX comes standard with a four-speed automatic transmission (an option that’s available on the LX as well).
