2007 model year changes

For 2007 the Jeep Liberty Renegade has been discontinued, leaving the Sport and Limited trims. Additionally, the 2.8L diesel engine that was previously available on four-wheel-drive models has been dropped due to revised federal emissions standards. A new exterior color, Jeep Green Metallic, is available, and the Limited trim now gets Sirius satellite radio standard.

Roomy interior; rugged styling; great 4WD for wet or snowy roads; off-road capability.

Special features for 2007

The 2007 Jeep Liberty packs much of the brand goodness embodied by the Grand Cherokee into a more compact package. The 3.7L V6 provides plenty of pep and a 4WD Liberty starts under $24,000, making it a great combination of off-road tact and cost consciousness. A full slate of options ensures that the Liberty can be configured to satisfy those seeking safety, comfort, or a workhorse.

A carry-over from 2006, the Liberty is a four-door five-passenger SUV offered in two trim levels, the Sport and the Limited. Both models feature a 3.7-liter V6 engine that produces 210 horsepower in both two and four-wheel drive configuration with a standard four-speed automatic or six-speed manual as an option.
