Chevrolet truck buyers will realize a new level of work toughness from the full-sized 2007 Silverado pickup. The Chevrolet Silverado is completely redesigned built to be stronger and more capable based on a new GMT900 platform. 2007 model year Avalanche, Suburban and Tahoe vehicles are also recipients of the enhanced platform. The sedan version of Chevrolet's smallest car, the Aveo, has undergone a makeover. Starting in 2007, the hatchback model of the Aveo is called the Aveo5. Debuting as a captivating fusion of sports car and truck with a retro design approach, the SSR has been discontinued for 2007. Powerplant revisions to the V-6 engines have been introduced to the Impala sedan for 2007. FlexFuel compatibility is now offered with the 3.5-liter engine and Active Fuel Management is included with an all-new 3.9-liter power unit.
