Mitsubishi rejoins the pickup truck segment for 2006 with the debut of the new Raider. Based on the Dodge Dakota, the Mitsubishi Raider offered in extended and double cab configuration are available with a 4.7-liter V-8 engine. The Mitsubishi Lancer and Endeavor both receive revised treatment to their front end styling for 2006.
