The Wagon version of the Ford Taurus sang its swan song last year and according to Ford officials, the Taurus Sedan says ‘so long’ this model year as well. The 2006 Ford Taurus is offered in two trim levels – the SE and the SEL – both equipped with a 153 horsepower 3.0-liter V6 with FWD and a 4-speed automatic transmission. This four door Sedan features seating for up to six passengers in the SE version – due to the car’s front bench seat – or five passenger seating capacity in the front-bucket seat SEL. The Taurus features a nice list of comfort and safety features.
