Hyundai introduces an increased dimension in their sport utility vehicle line-up for 2005. Smaller than the Santa Fe, the all-new Tucson compact crossover is an affordable yet capable vehicle with available all-wheel drive. Along with the Tucson's debut, Hyundai has also made the existing Santa Fe more attractive for the 2005 model year. The 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe employs revised exterior styling and a cabin featuring a two-tone color scheme. A four-cylinder engine is no longer offered on the Hyundai Santa Fe. The Hyundai Tiburon receives a minor make-over for 2005 complete with new badging. A new exterior appearance for the Tiburon is companioned with an interior featuring a revised seat cloth pattern and overhead console. For the first time with the Hyundai Accent, an anti-lock braking system is available in 2005. Added standard content is found on trim levels of the 2005 Hyundai Sonata and Hyundai XG350.
