A carry-over from 2004, the Element is a four-door four-passenger cross-over SUV offered in three trim levels – the LX, EX, and SC. The standard engine is the 2.4-liter four-cylinder that produces 156 horsepower which comes standard with a five-speed manual transmission (with a five-speed automatic as optional on the LX and EX and standard on the SC model). All models are offered in both two and four-wheel-drive configuration.
