Fans of two-door Pontiacs are provided with a special treat for 2004 with the return of a 1960s muscle car name. Sourced from Australia, the all-new Pontiac GTO two-door coupe boasts power from a 5.7-liter V-8 LS1 engine producing 350 horsepower borrowed from the Chevrolet Corvette. A high-performance car with room for rear seat passengers, the rear-wheel driven 2004 GTO can be launched from 0 to 60 miles per hour in 5.3 seconds. If looking for V-8 power from a sedan, Pontiac debuts the Bonneville GXP. Propelled by a 275-horsepower, 4.6-liter V-8, the 2004 Pontiac Bonneville GXP's performance is matched with comfortable interior accommodations. More than a performance product, the all-new Pontiac Grand Prix sedan arrives in 2004 with the guided attempt to attract a large consumer market. Unlike previous Grand Prix models, the redesigned 2004 version of the car is not being sold as a two-door coupe. Pontiac's Aztec crossover vehicle can be ordered with an all-new Rally Edition appearance package featuring special exterior and interior design touches. A lowered suspension and 17-inch alloy wheels are some of the items included on the 2004 Aztec's Rally Edition model.
