This one-ton behemoth is designed for work, work and more work. This year, a single-rear-wheel one-ton was introduced, in Regular, Extended and Crew Cab configurations, with the remaining two-rear-wheel versions still being offered. Regular Cabs offer two doors, Extended Cabs offer two rear-hinged doors and Crew Cabs offer full four doors. The Sierra 3500 is powered by a 300 horsepower 6.0-liter V8 (with an optional 340 horsepower 8.1-liter V8 or a 300 horsepower 6.6-liter Duramax Turbodiesel V8, as well as tons of standard and optional equipment.
