For 2000, Nissan's flagship Maxima sedan enters its fifth-generation on the market. Front and rear styling, engine power as well as the interior feature improvements on the sport utility vehicle introduced as a 1999.5 model. Joining the regular and King Cab body styles of the Nissan Frontier, 2000 marks the debut of a four-door Crew Cab.
