A sporty mid-size sedan, the 2000 Mazda Millenia seats five passengers and is now available in the special edition Millennium trim. The base engine is a 2.5L six-cylinder which produces 170 hp and has a fuel economy rating of 20 mpg city/27 mpg highway. The S and Millennium Edition trims receive a bit more power from a 2.3L V6 which generates 210 hp yet also earns 1 mpg better on the highway over the base version due to the help of a supercharger. All versions utilize a four-speed automatic transmission.
