The 1999 Ford Super Duty F-350 DRW drivetrain is offered with rear-wheel or electric Shift-On-The-Fly four-wheel drive. Equipped as the base engine for Regular and SuperCab models, the 1999 Ford Super Duty F-350 DRW is powered through a 5.4 liter V-8 engine generating 255 horsepower as well as 350 pounds-feet of torque. All Ford Super Duty F-350 DRW Crew Cab models are given a standard 6.8 liter V-10 engine. For other cab styles, this 310 horsepower engine is optional along with a 7.3 liter Power Stroke turbodiesel V-8. Producing 235 horsepower, the Power Stroke turbodiesel also muscles 500 pounds-feet of torque. Transmission choices are topped by a standard five-speed manual gearbox with a 4-speed automatic and 6-speed manual available.
