The 1999 Cadillac Concours is a full-size luxury sedan that is a high-powered version of the popular DeVille. The Concours is powered by a Northstar 4.6L V8 engine that is rated at 300 hp. This V8 is paired with a four-speed automatic and helps the Cadillac to a 26 mpg highway fuel economy rating.
