The 1998 Buick Park Avenue is a premium full-size sedan which is offered in two well-equipped trims; the base version and the more powerful Ultra. Both trims are available with optional seating for six passengers. The Park Avenue is powered by a 3.8L V6 that produces 205 hp in the base trim and 240 hp/280 lb-ft of torque in the Ultra thanks to the addition of a supercharger. Both trims earn nearly 30 mpg on the highway.
