Changing its company name from Ultimate Warlock to Warlock Powerboats after 2000, the California-based performance marine manufacturer created a variety of v-shaped and catamaran-style hulls. Ranging from 21 to 38 feet, bow riders, open deck and cuddy configurations are part of the Warlock Powerboats line-up. The vessels sold for recreation by Warlock Powerboats are supported by several race victories and record setting performances. In 2005, Warlock Powerboats was acquired by Madison Bay Holdings.
