A continuation of the Sea Sprite Boats business that existed since 1962, United Marine Corporation took control of the powerboat builder in 1996. Sea Sprite/United Marine Corporation produced bow riders, cuddy as well as deck boats between 17 and 28 feet in length. Designed as boats for family recreation, Sea Sprite/United Marine Corporation vessels are suited for fishing trip or cruising lakes. Sea Sprite’s existence under United Marine Corporation ended after a brief run with the final boats being produced in the 2001 model year.
