An English constructor of fiberglass sailboats, Newbridge Boats opened in 1980 marketing vessels as affordable weekend cruisers. Producing sailing vessels between 19 to 23 feet, the most popular vessel created by Newbridge Boats was the Navigator. After Newbridge Boats went out of business in 1987, the company continued three more years under the name N.B. Yachts but found no lasting success. Despite a relatively short run as a manufacturer, some well-organized owner clubs for Newbridge Boats in the United Kingdom recognizes the marine company’s existence.
