A brand under Mel-Hart Products, Baretta began production of recreational bow riders and cuddy cruisers. Mel-Hart Products/Baretta vessels sold through the 1980s range from 16 to 23 feet in hull length. Following Mel-Hart Products bankruptcy filing in 1990, the Baretta name became its own company operating in the same Arkansas manufacturing facility.
