Specializing in small sailing vessels, Fillip Manufacturing Company opened in 1972 after settling in San Angelo, Texas. Best known for their 16-foot Tornado fiberglass sailboat, Fillip Manufacturing Company expanded their line-up in later years would include the smaller Starfish and Super Starfish vessels. Fillip Manufacturing Company produced their final sailboats after the 1981 model year.
