Appearing in the 1940s as a wooden powerboat builder, Missouri based Speedliner became a popular builder of runabouts during the 1950s. A slower adopter to fiberglass construction, Speedliner was incorporated into the Seajay Boat business in 1974. Speedliner/Seajay Boat products were all fiberglass-fabricated vessels designed for recreational activities. Speedliner/Seajay Boat line-up ceased production after the 1998 model year.
